Welcome to stage three of my Slave Alchemy Series: Fire. Its time to burn. In this stage, we endeavor to take all the unwanted matter and purify it with fire. In alchemy, this process is called calcination. Calcination is the process of heating and decomposing raw matter – or in other words, breaking down parts of ourselves that are in the way of our own happiness. Often, wed rather be right or fulfill an idea of “perfection” than be genuinely happy, so we continue neglecting the exploration of ourselves. The stage of Calcination represents the stage in our lives where we begin breaking down our egos, self-doubt, stubbornness, self-sabotaging behavior, pride, and arrogance, and put it aside so we can find out what is underneath. Im going to walk you through this process as you discard these impurities and calcify yourself into your purest form. This will be no easy task. Often the worst parts of us grow and mutate only to sabotage what was once good. Im sure you find your ego often gets in the way of your naturally submissive nature. Fear prevents you from truly succumbing to my will. This process will be painful. The only way you can be purified by the fire is through surrender.
