Description: We begin the day with Casey in our dental chair that has been modified to suit our needs. She is completely helpless, so the torment begins immediately. Pegs are applied and all of them are attached to a mechanism that will snatch them all at once at the precise time. Next we have Casey in a brutal hogtie that has this slut totally helpless.
